The short version: use the tools sensibly, keep your originals, and your files remain yours.

These terms cover the use of AllTools4U. They are deliberately brief, because a free set of tools that holds none of your data does not need much of a contract. Using the site means you accept them.

Using the tools

The tools are free to use, with no account and no licence to buy. In return we ask that you use them reasonably:

  • Use them for lawful purposes only.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the service.
  • Do not use automated scripts to hammer the server-side tools.
  • Do not remove protection from documents you have no right to open.

Your files stay yours

Nothing you upload or produce is claimed by us:

  • You keep all rights to the files you process and to the results.
  • We claim no ownership, no licence and no right to use your content.
  • You are responsible for having the right to process the files you submit.

Limits

There is no artificial cap on file sizes or usage, but there are practical ones:

  • Browser-based tools are limited by your own device memory, so very large files may be slow or fail on older hardware.
  • Server-side tools are limited by upload speed and available capacity.
  • We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without guarantees:

  • We do not promise that a conversion will be perfect, or that a tool will suit a particular purpose.
  • Always keep your original file. Every tool produces a new copy and leaves your original untouched.
  • Check important results before relying on or sending them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect loss arising from use of the tools. Since the service is free and holds none of your data, the practical exposure on both sides is minimal — but keeping your originals is your responsibility.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but make no uptime commitment. Tools may be changed, replaced or withdrawn without notice, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
